I wrote a script: http://pastebin.com/pastebin.php?dl=f7cbfadb0. Read the source and if you trust it save it with .vbs as extension and double click on it - or invoke via cscript.exe on the command line.
It needs 7z.exe and 7z.dll either in the working directory (normally that is the same directory as the script) or in the PATH. 7za and 7zr don't have support for lzh compiled in, so you better don't download these.
tim/tim0506.zip is password protected and will block the extraction progress until you've killed the 7z.exe instance working on it with your task manager. You might want to move this file away beforehand.
Extracted files retain the name of the archive they were extracted from plus a sequential, zero-padded number since many archives contain more than one TAH. Files ending in .tdcgsav.png are also pulled and saved in a seperate directory. Size after extraction is 22.7 GiB.
Out of 13'765 extracted files, 2'499 are superfluous duplicates. Deleting them will free up 2.18 GiB, but the script is not doing this. Ask google if you don't know any program.
One last advice: Better move the torrent's "misc" folder away. It contains archives with non-ASCII characters, which will be passed into the extracted files names, resulting in your game crashing unless your system locale is set to Japanese.
